From the series, Protect Her Peace, “Seaside Sanctuary” (36 × 48”) a deeply personal expression of the silent battles and daily aggressions she has faced since childhood. Through her paintings, she creates a space where Black women can escape judgment, societal expectations, and the constant pressure to prove their worth. With each brushstroke, she offers a moment of serenity—a vision of peace that she hopes will resonate with those who need it most.
